"Take good care of your garden"
My art for Vulica Brasil! I'm very happy with the result, I think it's the most beautiful one I've ever done!
It was an honor to be able to participate in this event that has a unique energy! Thank you Mila and Danilo Costa for the opportunity, the care, and the friendship. It was incredible to bring my art and paint this mural and also to do it alongside such interested people. Organizers and volunteers very committed, always willing to work and make this event happen, thank you for showing me your culture! It was great to meet some friends again and even better to make new ones!

About the mural, when I was invited I wanted to do something very colorful and with a good message. After some sketches, I came up with the idea of a woman taking care of her garden.
This led me to the poetry of Mario Quintana which says in one part:
"The secret is not to take care of the butterflies, but to take care of the garden so that they come to you." which is a metaphor about taking care of yourself and looking within yourself for the person to love, so that good things will return. Take good care of yourself, take good care of those around you, and good things will come.

Bruno Big is a visual artist from Rio de Janeiro with a strong identity and distinctive style. With a striking presence on the streets and the international scene, he works across muralism, printmaking, and graphic design. He holds a degree in Visual Communication from PUC-Rio and specializes in the History of Art in Brazil. Bruno collaborates with global brands and cultural institutions. His works blend color, movement, and gestural expression, conveying the vibrant energy of his art.
